Don’t be so damn hard on yourself. Yeah, you screwed up. You’re not perfect, fine. Learn from it. But don’t punish yourself. Be kind to you, even when you screw up.别对自己那么苛刻。对，你是搞砸了，可你又不是神，吃一堑长一智嘛。别惩罚你自己，就算搞砸了也要对自己仁慈点。
